In order to fully leverage the breakthroughs in new targeting strategies, we plan to tackle the technological hurdles that could impede the development of therapeutic methods. Our ambition is to create advanced gene editing tools capable of precision enhancement of primary immune cells and iPSCs. Not only would these tools improve effectiveness, but they would also comply with regulatory standards for clinical use.
As part of this initiative, we also
aim to construct a unique process for custom design of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) that target specific tumor peptide-HLA complexes. Additionally, we will focus on developing protein biologics that can regulate immune suppression pathways. This concerted effort will push the boundaries of what is currently possible in personalized medicine and immunotherapy.
